2. Services Provided
Hub City Carpet Care offers professional carpet cleaning and maintenance services. Our services may include, but are not limited to, low moisture cleaning, stain removal, carpet protection, tile and grout, area rugs, curtains and drapes and upholstery cleaning.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
• Appointment Scheduling: You may schedule appointments through our website, by phone, or in person. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
• Pricing: Prices for services will be provided during the scheduling process. Additional fees may apply for specialized services.
• Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.
• Payment Due: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Late Fees: A 10% late fee will be applied to any outstanding balance that remains unpaid after 30 days, with additional fees accruing every 30 days thereafter until the balance is settled.
5. Customer Responsibilities
• Access: Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the areas being serviced.
• Preparation: We recommend that customers remove any valuable items and furniture from the work area prior to our arrival.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to address your concerns.
7. Liability
Hub City Carpet Care is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses that occur due to the customer's failure to disclose any pre-existing conditions of the carpet or surrounding areas.
8. Modifications to Terms
Hub City Carpet Care reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts of Lubbock, Texas
